We see it everywhere we go - a group of people, ostensibly together, yet each one engaged with their mobile phone or tablet, instead of the people around them. You see it in restaurants, while out walking, at family gatherings.

In our last blog, we touched a little on this when questioning how well we know our friends, and how, in the age of Facebook, we could possibly have hundreds, or even thousands of friends.

We came across this video, which expands on this point, in a very thought provoking manner. Since it was posted a few days ago, it's received over 14,000,000  views.

Hi Pete, thanks for the comment. Actually, we kind of thought that the rest of our site was a blog about windows! We are new at this blogging thing, and so far have written about things that we find interesting or thought provoking. Not to say we won't tackle some window related stuff in the future, and we would certainly welcome your suggestions with regard to subject matter.

Good on ya for sharing this on a corporate web site. It's refreshing to see that it is possible to seperate from the corporate rat race for a moment to be like friend to those who explore your site and share some wisdom.

Thank you.

Today all of them are engaged with their mobile phones. One thing I don't like the most is not giving attention to our talk. This is one of the worst feelings and doesn't like such people who are always busy with their phones.
