Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty*

The Hancock Lumber/Mathews Brothers Company Promise
Hancock Lumber Company, and Mathews Brothers Company, the manufacturer, warrant that every
Hancock Classics window we make, including Sealed Insulating Glass Units, will be free from covered
manufacturing defects during the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser so long as the purchaser
retains ownership of the residence in which the windows were installed. Period.

In the event the original purchaser sells the property in which the windows are installed, the coverage
provided by this warranty will be transferred to the first subsequent owner and will be limited in duration
to twenty years for the window and its non-glass components and twenty years for insulating glass units
from date of original product sale.

Rest Assured Labor Protection
Experience shows that the vast majority of window warranty claims are made within the first three years of
installation. Hancock Classics windows are covered by an exclusive “Rest Assured Labor” warranty feature
assuring you the maximum protection for a period of five years following the date of original product sale.

Simply put, during the five-year Rest Assured period, Hancock Lumber and Mathews Brothers will cover
up to 100% of the direct cost of the components and labor required to repair or replace the defective
component or product.
